Bruce Ventimiglia, CEO

Mr. Ventimiglia is the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Saratoga Capital Management, LLC and the Saratoga Advantage Trust. He established both of these entities in 1994.  Prior to forming Saratoga Capital Management, LLC, Mr. Ventimiglia was a Senior Vice President of Prudential Securities Incorporated.  He was selected to serve Prudential Securities as a member of the firm's Operating Council (one of the firm's three governing bodies) and the Service Advisory Council.

In addition, Mr. Ventimiglia was previously the National Director of Financial Services for Prudential Securities.  The Financial Services Group that reported to Mr. Ventimiglia was responsible for approximately 70% of Prudential's retail client statement assets.  The following departments in the Prudential Securities’ Financial Services Group reported to Mr. Ventimiglia:

  • Retirement Plan Services

  • Investment Management Services

  • Financial Planning

  • Investment Allocation Strategies

  • Corporate Executive Services

  • Sales & Marketing

Mr. Ventimiglia joined Prudential Securities in 1987 as one of the nation's leading financial advisors and served as the founding branch manager of the West Bloomfield, Michigan office.  In addition, Mr. Ventimiglia was a member of the Prudential Securities Field Managers' Advisory Council.  Prior to that, he was with E.F. Hutton for nine years where he held various local and regional sales and management positions, and was a leading financial advisor.

Mr. Ventimiglia received a B.A. degree and graduated Phi Beta Kappa with High Distinction from Wayne State University.  He has been quoted or featured in a variety of publications including: Changing Times, Forbes, Fortune, Institutional Investor, Newsday, The Washington Post, and The Wall Street Journal.

Stephen Ventimiglia - BW.jpg

Stephen Ventimiglia, CIO

Mr. Ventimiglia is Vice Chairman and Chief Investment Officer of Saratoga Capital Management, LLC.  Mr. Ventimiglia has over 30 years of experience managing money.  Prior to co-founding Saratoga, Mr. Ventimiglia served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of a money management firm that was nationally recognized for its asset allocation work.  In addition, he was the Chairman of that firm’s Investment Policy Committee, where his asset allocation work was distinguished in a study by USA Today.

Mr. Ventimiglia also managed money for clients at E.F. Hutton & Co. and Prudential Securities. At Prudential Securities, his last firm prior to joining Saratoga, he served as a Senior Portfolio Manager and First Vice President.  His investment advice and asset allocation work was displayed on Prudential Securities’ national communications system for use by the firm’s portfolio managers and brokers.   


Jonathan Ventimiglia, CFO

Mr. Ventimiglia is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer for Saratoga Capital Management, LLC.  Mr. Ventimiglia joined Saratoga full-time in September of 2005. Throughout his time at Saratoga, Mr. Ventimiglia has worked in, and provided oversight for, the firm’s marketing, sales, and operations functions.

In addition to performing his services for Saratoga, Mr. Ventimiglia provided consulting services to BALCONY (the Business & Labor Coalition of New York) from 2006 to 2011. Mr. Ventimiglia received a B.A. from Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT, where he was a member of the varsity baseball team and Psi Upsilon Fraternity.

Glenda Parris, Operations Manager

Ms. Parris joined Saratoga Capital Management, LLC in 1994 as a founding member of the management team. The firm’s Operations Manager for nearly 25 years, Ms. Parris now supports Saratoga on an ad-hoc basis.

Prior to joining Saratoga, Ms. Parris managed the operations department of the Consulting Services Division at Salomon Smith Barney.  Prior to joining Smith Barney, Ms Parris held similar positions at Drexel Burnham Lambert and E.F. Hutton & Co. Inc. Ms. Parris graduated from Baruch College of the City University of New York with a degree in Business Administration.


Ann Ventimiglia, Administrations Manager

Ms. Ventimiglia joined Saratoga Capital Management, LLC in 1997.  Ms. Ventimiglia is a Vice President and the Administrations Manager of Saratoga.  Ms. Ventimiglia works closely with Saratoga’s CEO and CFO to provide support for a variety of Saratoga’s functions.

Prior to joining Saratoga, Ms. Ventimiglia was a Senior Financial Analyst at NSF International where she was responsible for the development and automation of annual budgets, the development and evaluation of financial models to analyze new business opportunities, and the development and automation of the Company’s Board Report.

Ms. Ventimiglia began her career in the financial services industry over 35 years ago at Michigan National Bank (MNB), a subsidiary of Michigan National Corporation (MNC). After nearly three years of service in MNC’s Controller’s Division, she joined MNC’s Investment Banking Division as an Assistant Vice President and Financial Analyst Supervisor. Ms. Ventimiglia started MNC’s Investment Banking Credit Department. She was responsible for working closely with MNC’s Compliance Officer to develop a credit risk policy establishing investment criteria for MNC’s correspondent banking relationships. Ms. Ventimiglia also worked in the Investment Banking Division’s Asset/Liability Management Group where she researched the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency regulations to ensure an accurate depiction of MNC’s risk-based capital position.

Ms. Ventimiglia received a B.A. in Finance from Michigan State University with additional areas of concentration in Economics and Accounting.
